Our commercial real estate buyers list is how our dispositions team matches opportunities to investors. You tell us your buy box — asset types, markets, unit range, price ceiling, financing, and close speed — and we send you the opportunities that fit. Teaser information is shared first; full details, financials, and addresses go to verified, registered buyers.
Why we verify
Sellers trust us because our buyers perform. We confirm every email with a link and every mobile number with a one-time code so the list stays clean and our communications reach real decision-makers. Proof of funds can be uploaded now or provided on request; it is stored privately.
What to expect
- Our dispositions team confirms your buy box after registration.
- You receive opportunities that match; we do not blast every deal to every buyer.
- Deal-alert texts are sent only if you check the separate marketing SMS box. Verifying your phone is not consent to marketing texts.
- No exclusivity and no promise of deal flow — we send what we have when it fits.

Is there a cost to join?
No. Registration is free.
What markets do you send deals in?
Primarily our priority states, plus other markets when a deal fits a registered buyer’s box. You choose markets on the form.
Will I receive text messages?
Only if you check the optional marketing SMS box. The phone verification code is a one-time message triggered by you and is not marketing.
How do I update my buy box?
Email office@directcommercialacquisitions.com from your registered address with the changes, or re-register.
